                                    Vietnam has experienced significant economic growth in recent decades. This surge is fueled by factors such as favorable business policies, a dynamic labor market, and a growing tourism industry. Foreign investment has played a significant role in this development, with various sectors, including manufacturing and the automotive industry, benefiting from international capital. Briefly describing this exotic country, we can say that Vietnam is a country on two wheels, driven by tourism, manufacturing and foreign investment.Vietnam: a leaping into the future on two wheelsFrederico Fasoli is the Managing Partner of the law firm MTV Global (www.dmtvglobal.com ), which provides international legal and tax advice. The law firm is headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Malta and Vietnam. Frederico received his law degree from Bocconi University in Milan. Then he took postgraduate courses at the University of Vienna, ISPI in Milan, the University of Strasbourg, ESADE, IFSP in Malta and the University of Edinburgh. He worked in Beijing, Brussels, Barcelona and Milan.Now, with more than twenty years of experience in the field of international commercial law, Frederico helps his clients in managing national and international contracts and corporate law, foreign direct investment, asset protection, immigration, trusts, as well as international taxation issues in many sectors of the economy.As part of his company, he has supported more than 300 projects in the field of digital economy and blockchain. He founded and is Chairman of the Board of the Antevorta Foundation in Singapore (www.antevortafoundation.com ), is the Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) and holds various positions on the boards of directors, including charities. Frederico is an author of legal and business publications, a regular lecturer and speaker at Italian and foreign universities. In 2014 and 2015, he was included in the working group of young Italian entrepreneurs of the Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs at the G20.
