Stefano Maggi:FLYING IS A DREAM!PEOPLE AND EVENTS Stefano Maggi was born in Brescia, Lombardy%u00a0%u2013 Italy, in 1984 and received excellent education in economics, business management, marketing and innovation. His extensive knowledge has been awarded with diplomas and certificates from prestigious educational institutions such as La Sapienza in Rome, 24ORE Business School, Bocconi University and SOAS University of London.His successful professional career has developed in various sectors and countries, including Italy, the Netherlands, South America, Panama and Russia. He is currently the Secretary General of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce.As in his work, Stefano has a wide range of interests in his daily life: he loves the sea very much, has a marine license, is interested in philately and is completing the process of obtaining the title of sommelier.Also, his special passion is the sky. In an interview with Octopus magazine, Stefano Maggi told how he went to realize his dream and gave useful advice to those who want to learn how to fly and feel the delight of being united with the wind, altitude, speed and freedom.Stefano, how did your passion for aviation come about?My passion for aviation began when I was a child, but this story was unlike any other. Imagine a blue sky. Every time a plane flew overhead, I wondered who they were, these people on board, and what secrets they carried with them. Some of my distant relatives were very famous aviators, and perhaps this love is in my blood. There is an airport in my hometown of Brescia, which in the late nineties was one of the first in Italy to offer flights to destinations such as London and Rome Ciampino. It was there that I first experienced the charm of big aviation. After graduation, I initially thought about a career as a flight attendant, but life took a different path. However, my job turned out to be related to flights outside Italy and Europe, and with every takeoff, with every landing, it ignited a fire in me.
