The Verona Arena is one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheatres. It is located in the main square of the city, %u00abPiazza Bra%u00bb. The amphitheatre is about 2,000 years old: it was built around 30 AD to host gladiator fights, water battles, circus and entertainment performances. Currently, the Arena di Verona regularly hosts opera festivals, and in 2026 it is planned to host the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games.www.osminog.pro 95
